Where We Ship We ship worldwide from Luxembourg. For any questions about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Luxembourg public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Luxembourg: 1–2 business days
- Western EU (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland): 2–4 business days
- Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 3–5 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 3–6 business days
- Eastern EU (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 4–7 business days
- International (outside the EU): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. We ship from Luxembourg.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We select the most suitable carrier for each shipment to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Customs & Import Duties For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
