Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items made to your specifications.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation The easiest way to initiate a return or cancel an unfulfilled order is through your customer account at https://fatherandfound.com/account. Go to your Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the on-screen steps. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.
Alternatively, you can contact us at fatherandfound@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Cancellations If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly through your account at https://fatherandfound.com/account.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 14 days of receiving the return), including the original standard shipping cost you paid
- Store credit for use on a future purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fatherandfound@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will cover all costs to resolve the problem.
